Position: Sales Development Representative.Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000/month + Commission (Based on conversion KPIs).Location: LATAM (Remote).Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM PST.Company OverviewOur client is a premier, high-end medical spa based in New Jersey that specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, including injectables, energy-based laser devices, and clinical skincare. The clinic is managed by a tight-knit, high-performing team of Nurse Practitioners and Aesthetic Consultants who prioritize artistic excellence and exceptional patient care. They operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are dedicated to maintaining a seamless, luxury experience for every prospect.Role SummaryThe client is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound lead flow from advertisements and website inquiries. The primary objective of this role is to convert warm leads into booked, in-person consultations. Because the majority of leads arrive outside of standard business hours, this role is critical for providing immediate outreach to ensure high conversion rates and a personalized patient journey.Key ResponsibilitiesImmediate Lead Response: Monitor the client's CRM (GoHighLevel) and initiate calls within 5 minutes for any lead that does not immediately respond to automated messaging.Persistent Follow-Up: Execute a rigorous follow-up cadence (daily calls and texts) for prospects who remain unbooked.Consultation Scheduling: Navigate the clinic’s EMR to manage provider schedules and secure firm appointments for in-person consultations.Discovery & Qualification: Conduct light discovery to identify the prospect's aesthetic concerns and budget alignment before booking.CRM Maintenance: Ensure all interactions are meticulously logged in GoHighLevel to provide the client with accurate data and lead tracking.Performance Reporting: Provide end-of-day updates to the client regarding lead-to-booking conversion rates and pipeline status.Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)Near-Native English Fluency: The client requires exceptional verbal English skills with a clear, professional accent.Appointment Setting Experience: Proven track record in outbound calling, lead nurturing, or high-volume SDR roles.PST Schedule Commitment: Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours consistently, with a focus on evening availability to capture peak lead times.Coachability: Ability to take live feedback and adjust scripts/tone during the interview process and on the job.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)CRM Proficiency: Specific experience with GoHighLevel is a significant plus.Industry Background: Previous experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries.Dialer Experience: Familiarity with integrated CRM dialing systems.
