Our flagship product, Adovvy (www.adovvy.ai), is an AI-powered workflow automation and productivity tool designed to help organizations streamline operations and improve efficiency.Role Overview:We’re seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads and create qualified sales opportunities for Adovvy. The SDR will play a crucial role in building the sales pipeline by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and setting up product demos for the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.Clearly communicate Adovvy’s value proposition and tailor messaging to client pain points.Schedule product demos and meetings for the Sales Executives.Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospect interactions in CRM tools.Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.Meet weekly and monthly outreach, meeting, and pipeline goals.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.6 months – 2 years of experience in an SDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation role (preferably in SaaS or B2B tech).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and explain technology products effectively.Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho).Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Basic understanding of SaaS and workflow automation platforms.Experience with product selling.
