Company Overview:Minute Marketing Pvt Ltd is transforming outdoor advertising through AI-powered taxi-top LED screens.Our proprietary system provides real-time ad analytics, geo-fenced targeting, and client dashboards, helping brands reach audiences more intelligently and transparently.We’re a growing ad-tech company that blends creativity with technology, offering innovative marketing solutions that make every brand moment visible and measurable.Role Summary:As a CSR / Telesales Executive at Minute Marketing, you will be the voice of our company engaging potential clients, managing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional service that drives sales growth.You’ll play a key role in representing our brand to clients, handling inquiries, pitching our advertising solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce Minute Marketing’s advertising solutions. • Manage inbound client inquiries and ensure prompt, professional communication. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. • Present advertising packages and digital solutions confidently in front of clients and decision-makers. • Maintain and update customer data and sales pipelines using HubSpot CRM. • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns. • Achieve monthly sales and client retention targets through proactive engagement.Requirements / Qualifications:Must-Have: • A candidate with 2–5 years of experience in CSR, telesales, or client-facing roles. • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both spoken and written). • Highly presentable and confident in client interactions and presentations. • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (mandatory). • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional attitude.Preferred: • Prior experience in advertising, media, or marketing-related sales. • Understanding of outdoor or digital advertising solutions.What We Offer: • Market-competitive salary package. • Opportunities for professional growth and client exposure. • Dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment. • Performance-based recognition and incentives.Location:📍 Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi – On-site role
