We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team of an important U.S.-based company.This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, supporting the sales pipeline, and contributing to business growth through effective outreach and communication strategies.🔍ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential businesses that match the target customer profile.Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.Educate prospects about available solutions and how they can support their business needs.Conduct market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities.Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.Maintain continuous follow-up with prospects to guide them through the sales pipeline.Log and manage all interactions and activities in CRM systems.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions throughout the sales process.✅Skills & QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or lead generation roles.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Ability to work independently and in a team setting.Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.Understanding of business operations and the ability to identify client needs.🗣ENGLISH LEVEL: ADVANCED - MUST📅Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST📍100% on-site at our offices located in Cali, Colombia - MUSTApply now 👋🏻🐺🚀
