The team is fast-paced and phone-forward, with a strong focus on empathy, clear communication, and exceptional service to families — including seniors and older adults — during life transitions.Position Overview:We’re looking for a Home Services Sales Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll answer inbound calls, qualify leads, follow up with warm prospects, and work to secure bookings. This is a consultative sales role — success requires confidence, empathy (especially when speaking with older clients), and a proactive drive to close.Key Responsibilities:Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls from potential clients.Qualify leads by gathering information, understanding needs, and confirming service fit.Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries via outbound outreach when needed.Confidently lead conversations and book appointments or consultations.Deliver a supportive and empathetic experience for clients, especially seniors and their families.Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM.Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure excellent client service.Qualifications:Proven experience in customer service.Prior experience in the home services or moving industry.Strong spoken English and confidence on the phone.Ability to connect with older clients using empathy, patience, and professionalism.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Assertive, outcome-driven personality — comfortable steering conversations.Nice-to-Haves: Prior experience booking appointments or closing service-based sales.High-volume call center or inbound sales background.Tech-savvy with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.Interest in growing into a Sales Manager or leadership role.
