About the RoleWe are seeking a hungry and energetic SDR to join our growing team. The SDR is responsible for generating top-of-funnel through outbound cold-calling. You would be selling to operations leaders across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and hospitality across the U.S. With a best-in-class tech stack and a proven playbook, the successful candidate will be a rockstar on the phone.What You’ll Do-Build pipeline by making 250 outbound calls and booking 1-2 meetings a day.- Research and develop target lists using ICP criteria, intent data, and ZoomInfo.  - Support our field sales team by booking on-site visits or online demos for AEs to run.-Nurture warm leads and stalled opportunities to keep Spotwork top-of-mind for our prospects.-Help out by inviting prospects to executive dinners and booking meetings ahead of events or conferences.- Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and results in HubSpot CRM. - Collaborate with leadership to report on pipeline health, progress against targets, and field insights.  What We’re Looking For- 1-2 years of B2B outbound sales experience in a SDR, inside sales, or recruiter role (No retail).- Success for this role happens on the phone - you have to be a master of cold-calling.- Proficiency with sales tools such as Nooks, HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing platforms.  - Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior decision-makers.  - Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate value propositions to unique buyer personas.  - A self-starter mindset with resilience, persistence, and a passion for winning new business.  What We Offer- A 12-18 month path to an AE.- A dynamic, mission-driven culture where every day is different.  - Competitive comp structure with monthly accelerators.  - Hybrid work flexibility with HQ in Toronto (Yonge & Dundas).  - High-energy, diverse team passionate about building a better future of work.  - Regular team dinners, events, and professional development opportunities.
