Hot on the heels of Wyn's early growth, we're hiring new SDRs for our London HQ.Software overspend is a problem faced by every company. The bigger the company, the bigger the overspend. Wyn solves this problem by giving companies unique vendor insights to win in tough software negotiations, saving our customers 30% on average across $800M+ of transactions.The ideal candidate for this SDR role is an energetic self-starter who self-sources their leads (100% outbound) via cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach. You are comfortable working in a small team and a fast-paced environment, making a big contribution to the growth of the business. You don't wait for instructions. You own your role and rely on your entrepreneurial spirit to consistently hit ambitious targets. If you do, you'll be promoted quickly and rewarded handsomely. ResponsibilitiesBook qualified meetings via cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach with Wyn's co-founders and Founding AEBuild personal and company brand on LinkedIn, writing blog posts and learning to become a thought leader in software procurementUpdate and manage all sales activities, opportunities and account information in CRMConsistently achieve monthly quota of qualified meetings and revenue from your opportunitiesWe don't require you to have a degree in any field or previous sales experience (although it doesn't hurt). Instead, we focus on your personal "why", your innate drive and ambition to succeed. We have very high standards for ourselves and any new SDR candidates we meet, so we'll also want to see you've done your research on our company and industry.
