We should meet up and discuss how we can make business success together.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProven experience in leading and motivating large teams of sales professionals.Ability to set clear goals and objectives for the team, delegate tasks effectively, and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, foster collaboration, and resolve conflict within the team.Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate strategies, updates, and feedback to the team.Ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of CloudMile.Expertise in market analysis, competitor research, and identifying new business opportunities.Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to differentiate CloudMile from competitors.Proactive approach to building strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth.Deep understanding of financial metrics relevant to sales performance, including revenue targets, quotas, and profitability.Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and track team performance against goals.Strong decision-making skills based on data analysis and financial considerations.Experience in forecasting sales and managing budgets.Passion for mentoring and coaching individual team members to develop their skills and reach their full potential with the commitment to creating a positive and supportive work environment.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience.12+ years of sales experience in Internet, software, Systems Integrators related industries as the account and relationship manager of related industries.Displayed ability to engage with C-suite executives in organisationsAbility to break into green field accounts to expand the business of CloudMile in a new regionHistory of successful sales with large-scale customers or enterprises.Effective presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with across internal and external organisations, executives, IT Management, and developers and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.A strong self starter who has an idea on navigating the local IT landscape especially in the public sectorPossesses energy and a strong belief in teamwork to build the right company cultureBonusStrong negotiation skills to secure large deals and partnerships.A strong understanding of cloud adoption, data and artificial intelligence is preferred.Track record of managing a sales team with successful results is preferred.Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customer’s senior executives, stakeholders, and external partners.Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the cloud computing industry and adjust strategies accordingly.Openness to new ideas and willingness to embrace innovation.Executive presence and leadership charisma to inspire and motivate team membersA global mindset and understanding of diverse markets, vertical industries and culturesAbout CloudMile CloudMile is an AI company helping enterprises leverage the power of data through machine learning and big data analytics.
