In this influential role, you will oversee the entire sales department, define sales strategies, and manage key client relationships while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure cohesive business operations.Role Overview:The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the technology solutions sector.This role leads, coaches, and motivates the sales team, manages the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and builds strategic relationships with key clients.Ensures alignment with marketing, product, and operations teams, drives CRM adoption, monitors performance metrics, provides accurate forecasting, and represents Madar in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.Key Responsibility:Develop and implement the company's sales strategy aligned with overall business objectivesLead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targetsIdentify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the customer baseOversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureMonitor key sales metrics and prepare accurate forecasting and performance reports for managementCollaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market activitiesDrive CRM adoption and ensure accurate pipeline and client data managementRepresent the company in key client meetings, negotiations, and industry eventsRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Preferred Professional Certifications: CPSL, CSE, CSP, Sandler Sales, SAMA, Salesforce, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman Strategic Selling.Experience10+ years of sales experience in a managerial capacity in technology (SAS), or related industriesBackground in sales strategy development, team leadership, and revenue forecastingA proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targetsAnalytical skillsStrong communication skills in Arabic and English
