We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead our Motor Insurance business to the next level. This role requires a leader who understands how to build high velocity sales organizations backed by data discipline and world class process. The ideal candidate is a master of volume sales motion. They know how to design a machine that attracts talent in large numbers ramps them quickly and moves every lead through a perfect process from first contact to conversion.This leader must be inspiring. People want to follow them. They understand what motivates sales producers and how to develop them into consistent top performers. They build a winning culture with accountability clarity and celebration of achievement.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial and Strategic Leadership • Own the full commercial performance of the Motor Insurance sales organization • Design lead and scale a high volume lead conversion engine using CRM automation and predictive analytics • Set aggressive revenue and productivity goals with clear accountability and measurement • Constantly experiment optimize and improve conversion throughout every stage of the funnelTalent Acquisition and High Velocity Development • Recruit high volume sales talent and build structured onboarding frameworks that produce fast ramp time • Maintain a strong focus on coaching skills development daily routines and sales mastery • Create a DNA of ambition discipline and continuous improvement • Ensure managers become strong coaches and multipliers of talentOperational Excellence • Build structured sales processes that eliminate variability and drive predictability • Review dashboards daily and manage the business through numbers pipeline conversion revenue retention • Use automation to simplify quoting documentation follow up and renewals to increase advisor outputCross Functional Partnership • Partner with marketing on lead quality lead mix and campaign targeting • Work with technology on CRM performance automations and new tools that improve conversion • Ensure operational coordination with service team claims team finance compliance and HRMarket and Partner Management • Build strong relationships with insurers to ensure competitive pricing preferential terms and product leadership • Identify opportunities for cross sell and upsell through customer journey innovationGovernance and Reporting • Ensure ethical selling and full regulatory compliance • Communicate performance insights and improvement plans in a structured narrative to senior leadershipQualifications and Experience • Ten to fifteen years of experience in leading large sales forces ideally in motor insurance or similar high velocity consumer sales environments • Proven ability to manage scale with several hundred or several thousand advisors • Strong command of CRM analytics and automation platforms • Bachelor degree required.
