You bring a forward-thinking, innovative mindset — always exploring how emerging technologies, especially AI, can enhance how we enable, train, and empower our teams to move smarter and faster.What You’ll DoAs a Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll design, deliver, and optimize training programs that power our Sales teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to identify skill gaps, create relevant content, and ensure programs drive tangible business outcomes.Identify enablement needs and skill gaps across customer-facing teamsApply the ADDIE framework to design, develop, and evaluate training contentLead end-to-end creation and curation of learning materials in collaboration with SMEsTrack, report, and analyze program effectiveness, leveraging tools like Databricks, Highspot, Salesforce and Gong dashboardsContinuously update and improve training materials based on data and feedbackDrive adoption of GTM t tools and methodologies aligned with sales processesLeverage AI-based tools and insights to increase the scalability and effectiveness of enablement programsWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of global enablement experience, including content development, LMS admin, and program deliveryInstructional design or training background with strong project management skillsExperience with Highspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesforceStrong communication and facilitation skills — both verbal and writtenProficient in Google Suite and enablement platformsAbility to analyze sales KPIs and adjust enablement strategies accordinglyHighly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA mindset for innovation and a passion for applying AI to improve productivity and learning impactSalary Range$110,000 – $130,000.
