As an efficient and competent partner, DTSE provides services for Deutsche Telekom AG and its subsidiaries across Europe, particularly in the areas of finance, purchasing, and human resources. Now, we are establishing a new Commercial Management division to further drive growth with our proven solutions – inside the Telekom Group, and in the external market.Your Responsibilities:As Sales Enabler, you’ll empower the sales team to succeed with the right tools, materials, and insights, providing guidance across all commercial activitiesCoordinate key sales initiatives including strategic sales projectsShape and improve sales structures, toolkits, and best practices, monitoring their effectiveness regularlyDevelop and maintain high-quality sales materials such as pitch decks, templates, and case studiesSupport the preparation of top-level management meetings with high-quality content and insightsEnsure holistic customer views and identify untapped sales potentialsGenerate actionable insights through market, customer, and competitor analyses to support strategic decisionsYour Profile:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field3+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Development, Marketing or comparable fieldsStrong analytical, project management, and research skillsProficiency in MS Office, incl. PowerPoint and other data visualization toolsExcellent communication and storytelling abilitiesExperience in sales or commercial contexts is beneficialReady to make an impact?
