SAP Vertex Specialist (41115)

Join the team as a SAP Vertex Specialist and take ownership of configuring and maintaining Vertex O Series for U.S. and Canadian indirect tax compliance. You will integrate Vertex with SAP S/4HANA, support testing and reconciliation, and translate complex tax requirements into effective system rules. Close collaboration with Tax, Finance and IT teams is key as you help optimize processes and troubleshoot issues. I am looking for an expert with strong Vertex O Series experience and solid knowledge of North American indirect taxes.🚀 Project configure and maintain Vertex O Series for U.S. and Canadian indirect tax compliance integrate Vertex with SAP S/4HANA for accurate tax determination support testing, reporting and reconciliation of indirect tax transactions translate business tax requirements into system configuration and Vertex rulesets collaborate with Tax, Finance and IT teams to optimize processes and resolve issues provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle🎯 Skills strong hands-on experience with Vertex O Series (configuration, setup, rules, monitoring) proven integration experience between Vertex and SAP S/4HANA deep understanding of U.S. and Canadian indirect taxes (Sales & Use Tax, VAT/GST/HST) experience with tax compliance projects in multinational environments ability to translate tax requirements into functional and technical solutions excellent communication skills in English💡 Nice to have experience with SAP FI/CO modules knowledge of SAP Document Compliance or global indirect tax tools experience with IBM CIC delivery frameworks exposure to U.S. and Canadian industry processes experience in S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations
