Job Description

The Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities by promoting and selling AA2000s range of fire protection, alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and other security technologies. This role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide clients with the best security solutions tailored to their needs. In addition, the Sales Engineer will manage and monitor awarded projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery, coordination with operations, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and security solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients.Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers.Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design tailored solutions based on client needs.Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine appropriate security solutions.Create and follow up on quotations, proposals, and bids.Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.Track and update sales opportunities through CRM (e.g., HubSpot).Manage the full lifecycle of awarded projects, including turnover, scheduling, progress tracking, and client updates.Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met in coordination with the technical and operations team.Handle any project-related issues or escalations in collaboration with internal teams.Coordinate final turnover and documentation of completed projects.Attend trade shows, events, and client meetings to promote the companys solutions.Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and technical innovations.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in technical sales, project management, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).A strong understanding of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and other security solutions is a plus.Knowledge of project monitoring tools or methodologies is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Willing to travel to client sites and project locations.With a valid drivers license is an advantage.
