At OMRON, we lead the way in automation and robotics, empowering businesses worldwide with innovative solutions in robotics, IoT, machine vision, control, safety systems, etc. Founded in 1933, we have evolved into an organization dedicated to creating new social values while driving industrial digital transformation under our ambitious Shaping the Future 2030 strategy. With a strong presence in the APAC region, our Industrial Automation business offers one of the industry's most extensive portfolios, including sensors, controllers, motors, robotics, vision, safety solutions, etc. Backed by over 28,000 employees globally and recognized among the World's Top 100 Innovative Companies for the past decade, we continue to improve manufacturing to support a sustainable society.Understand more about our Industrial Automation Business HERE. Job Responsibilities•    Held responsible for allocated Customer MRO Sales Accounts taking necessary actions to drive sales growth by competitor conversion and strong account management.•    Expand customer base by opening new customer MRO Sales Accounts.•    Achieve or exceed in MRO sales targets for bookings, sales, and profitability for the business unit.•    Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, supply chain, services team, distributors and customers ensuring seamless communication to achieve desired results.•    Build and maintain long-term relationships with Distributors / Partners by providing guidance, information, support, and quotation in MRO for the automation industry.•    Make technical and sales presentations and demonstrations to our channel partners' and customers' technical staff.•    Commitment to implement sale plan regarding company strategy, tactics and directions.•    Drive entire sales process from initial contact, contract negotiation and final sale closing.•    Skill and Experience in identifying opportunities to win back customers.•    Finding bottle neck of sales progress and take appropriate action or initiate creative solutions to overcome challenges.•    Commit to standard sale activities with consistent customers visit, call.•    Commit to follow PDCA implementation to ensure performance and efficiency.Requirements•    Bachelor's degree in engineering or related filed•    At least 5-7 years' experience in Automation & MRO Sales function•    Knowledge in channel sales management, preferably in the electronic component parts•    Basic Engineering knowledge with experience in industrial Automation•    Knowledgeable in Sales forces systems•    Knowledgeable in Windows applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)•    Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer challenges.•    Chinese Speaking is a plus •    Highly motivated, aggressive front-facing sales characteristics
