Your Daily Tasks & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer request and act pro-activelyGuarantee that customers receive expert advice and guidanceActively help in solution finding for customer requestsOpen/Maintain and follow up opportunities in CRM systemOpen engineering quote request, formalize engineering quote requestConvert engineering quote request to AMAC commercial proposalFollow up on internal quotation processFollow up proposals with CustomersDevelop standard quotes and databaseEstablish sales campaigns for avionic upgradesFoster a collaborative work atmosphereCreate a culture of continuous learning within the team, share knowledgeParticipate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and customer serviceThe expertise you have & skills you bring 5 years of experience within Aircraft industry, preferable Business Aviation industryTechnical understanding in regards to aircrafts, avionics modifications and refurbishment activitiesSolid experience with Avionics systems in Business aviationVery good communication in English (verbal and written)French and/or German highly appreciated.
