Don’t be shy, apply!Job DescriptionAs a member of our Global Sales HQ Department, you will perform a wide range of tasks aimed at growing the business by providing best-in-class service to the Bank’s existing clients, as well as supporting sales missions to acquire new ones.You Are Ready To Bring And DemonstrateA client-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service,A team-oriented attitude and collaborative mindset,Strong understanding and escalation of client issues,Proactive suggestions for improving products, services, and processes,Commitment to our organizational values and standards,A sense of urgency and high energy in achieving goals.Role DescriptionDevelop and manage your own portfolio of clients and business partners,Identify and pursue new business opportunities,Actively acquire new clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings,Support the LATAM Desk with onboarding new clients,Manage initial contact and continuous follow-up with prospects in coordination with the LATAM/Spanish team,Be available to travel to meet business partners and VIP clients when necessary,Provide comprehensive support to all Business Development team members and the Head of Desk to ensure high service levels and achievement of team targets,Review account forms to ensure data accuracy and completeness for account openings,Conduct customer due diligence and perform client identification via video conference,Coordinate with other departments (Legal & Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, Payments) to ensure smooth account opening and funding processes,Report directly to the Head of the Team.QualificationsNative Spanish speaker, fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus),Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role,Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Finance is a plus,Existing portfolio of clients, Introducing Brokers, or EAMs in Forex, CFDs, Cryptocurrencies, or Trading (a plus),Strong knowledge of the LATAM market,Understanding of leverage products, CFDs, and Forex,Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills,An ambitious self-starter, eager to meet and exceed targets,Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment in a growing bank,An open-minded, team-oriented spirit.Additional InformationSQ3
