Sales Engineer ( furniture )

Job description Meeting and greeting the clients. Prepare and give technical presentations to demonstrate how the furniture products and services. work till the deal is finalized with the client. Prepare work orders and the needed drawings to the factory. Prepare fabric request orders and follow up till the approval and the delivery to the factory. Work closely the customers and the production team to ensure the furniture meets the production requirements and customer needs. Follow the orders during the manufacturing process till delivery to the customer and customer satisfaction feedback. Follow the management instructions for any matter related to the work such as but not limited to (drawings, client communications, delivery arrangements, updating the system...). Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service. Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers’ technical requirements and preferences. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the furniture industry. Follow the company rules, regulations, and policies.Job Requirements 3+ years of Experience A relevant degree or diploma in interior design, furniture design, architecture, or a related field. Proficiency user of AutoCAD and shop drawings. Proven sales experience and knowledge of furniture products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
