Sales Engineer

Job Requirements : Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machine sales (air compressors, chillers, or similar equipment).Strong B2B sales background in technical / engineering products.Ability to understand machine specifications and explain solutions clearly to customers.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.Owns a personal vehicle + valid driving licence (A/C).Willing to travel around Semarang & nearby areasNice to have:Based in SemarangCustomer-focused, enthusiasticAble to speak EnglishJob Description :Find and engage new B2B customers in industrial sectors.Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.Present solutions for compressors, chillers, and air-treatment systems.Collaborate with the technical/service team for installations and support.Handle the full sales cycle — pipeline, quotation, negotiation, closing.Visit factories, conduct machine checks/evaluations, follow up on opportunities.Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.Provide regular reports and sales forecasts
