The ideal candidate embodies proactiveproblem-solving skills, effective communication, and hands-on leadership, all while striving todeliver exceptional modular building solutions.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business DevelopmentLead the search for potential clients and business opportunities within theentertainment, sports, aviation, and industrial sectors.Engage with prospects, conduct needs assessments, and present our modularbuilding solutions to demonstrate their value and applicability.Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and negotiatecontracts that align with project requirements.Technical ConsultationServe as the technical expert, understanding our modular building solutionsthoroughly and providing consultative support to clients throughout the sales process.Assess client project requirements, offering tailored solutions that meet theirobjectives and adhere to industry regulations.Address technical inquiries and concerns, ensuring a clear understanding of oursolutions’ benefits.Project Planning and ManagementOversee the entire project lifecycle, taking ownership from initial concept throughdesign, engineering, manufacturing, and on-site delivery.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, andbudgets to ensure successful execution.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design,engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and montage, to ensure efficient projectprogression.Customer Relationship ManagementCultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contactthroughout the project.Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client needs,concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.Conduct regular project status updates and progress reports to keep clientsinformed and engaged.Quality Assurance and DeliveryEnsure adherence to quality standards and project specifications throughout theproject lifecycle.Oversee the on-site delivery and installation process, ensuring a smooth and timelyhandover to the customer.Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas forimprovement.Key Skills and Experience Required:Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a relatedfield provides a solid foundation for this role.Sales and Project Management Experience: Proven track record in sales andproject management, preferably within the construction or modular building industry.Technical Acumen: Strong ability to understand and effectively communicatecomplex engineering concepts.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills areessential for engaging with clients and internal teams.Project Management: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projectssimultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Leadership and Problem-Solving: Hands-on leadership and proactive problem-solving skills are crucial for successful outcomes.Flexibility and Language Proficiency:Flexibility to Travel: The Sales Engineer must be willing to travel as needed forclient meetings and on-site project management.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential French is a plus. These languages serve as the primary means of communication within the company and with international clients and partners.Main Stakeholders:Clients: Clients from various industries (entertainment, sports, aviation, andindustrial sectors) are the primary stakeholders. They seek modular buildingsolutions to transform their concepts into reality.Sales Team: The sales team collaborates closely with the Sales Engineer. Theirresponsibilities include identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, anddeveloping compelling proposals.Design Team: The design team works alongside the Sales Engineer to createcustomized modular building solutions that align with each client’s specificrequirements.Ops Team: Responsible for producing modular building components, the Ops teammaintains high-quality standards and precision throughout the manufacturingprocess.ITL Team (Installation/Transport/Logistics): This team manages transportation,delivery, and montage of modular building components to the project site.Internal Support Functions: The Support Functions team provides ongoingassistance to clients throughout the project, addressing inquiries and ensuring aseamless experience.These stakeholders collectively contribute to the successful execution of modular buildingprojects.
