Position DescriptionThe Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients. This position requires a strong blend of technical acumen, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Core ResponsibilitiesEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.Serve as the primary technical point of contact for sales inquiries and customer requests, providing pre-sales support and technical solutions.Collaborate to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions based on technical specifications.Preparing proposals, quotations, and bids for customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs and specifications.Conduct contract reviews and ensuring orders are compliant to proposals and tenders prior to acceptance.Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting assistance, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs and challenges to identify opportunities for additional sales.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and enhance product offerings.Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.Manage and maintain sales-related documentation and records, including contracts, quotations, and purchase orders. Required Attributes:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Proficiency in MS Office suite and company operating software Microsoft Dynamics 365.*Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
