The Sales Events Account Manager is responsible for driving the successful acquisition, planning, and execution of high-value event partnerships and activations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring client satisfaction,profitability, and seamless collaboration between departments.As a Sales Events Account Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of high-impact events — from initial pitch and pricing strategy to post-sale collaboration with the production team and on-ground delivery. You are expected to mentor junior team members, drive business growth, and maintain excellence across all client touchpoints.Lead acquisition and closure of high-ticket event partnerships and activationsOwn pricing strategy, event forecasting, and proposal profitabilityGuide the Account team in deck development, pitch feasibility, and client strategyServe as the primary point of contact for key event clientsCollaborate closely with the Design team for pre-sale pitches to ensure high quality deliverablesCollaborate closely with the Production Manager post-sale to ensure smooth executionOversee all on-ground operations for high-value events, ensuring premium client serviceCoach and support Junior Account Executives in daily workflowsEnsure clear and timely communication across internal teams and departmentsMaintain detailed documentation and progress tracking on Asana and shared drivesProactively identify upsell opportunities and maintain account healthRole Scope:High-ticket and high-visibility event accountsReports to: Head of AcquisitionCollaborates with: Creative, Production, and Content teamsFull responsibility from proposal to post-event deliveryKPIs & OKRs:Number and value of high-ticket event deal closuresWin ratio and accuracy of pipeline forecastingCompliance with approved profit marginsOn-ground delivery quality and client satisfactionTeam performance and growthEffective coordination and handoff to Ops/Production teamAchieving Financial targets set by managementTools:Asana (task and project management)Slack / Gmail (communication)Google Drive (file and document management)Paradox Standard SOPs
