About BRQ SoftwareBRQ Software is a Doha-based IT services company delivering custom software development, e-commerce solutions, digital transformation, AI/ML solutions, and platform implementations to SMEs, corporates, and government entities across Qatar. The RoleWe're seeking a technical sales professional with strong development skills. Your primary focus is business development—introducing BRQ to potential clients across Doha, demonstrating our capabilities, and closing deals. Your technical background enables you to understand client needs, speak their language, and deliver smaller projects internally.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across DohaPresent BRQ's services and demonstrate technical solutions to prospectsBuild relationships with decision-makers and close dealsUnderstand client requirements and propose appropriate solutionsDevelop software internally for smaller projectsCoordinate with our international partners for implementationsProvide technical credibility during sales conversationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldExperience in technical sales, business development, or software developmentStrong full-stack development skills and understanding of modern technologiesExperience with AI/ML, web/mobile application developmentProven track record in client-facing roles or salesExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent English (Arabic is a strong plus)Self-motivated with hunter mentalityPreferred Qatar/GCC sales experience, understanding of local business culture
