Our client, a forward-thinking real estate company redefining modern living through innovative designs and exceptional customer experience, is looking to hire an experienced Sales Executives to join their expanding team.About the RoleAs an Experienced Sales Executive. you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and representing the brand with professionalism and passion.Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships while providing exceptional customer service.Conduct property tours and presentations tailored to client needs and preferences.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive leads and conversions.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, pitches, and follow-up communications.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently or as part of a team.How to ApplySend your CV to careers@astutebusinessconsult.com with the subject line “Sales Executive".
