You're a natural "hunter" who enjoys creating value for clients and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industriesPitch Supermom's suite of solutions—including insights, brand building, content marketing, and demand generationSupport the sales cycle from outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and closingWork closely with internal teams to deliver effective and creative integrated solutionsBuild strong relationships with clients and agencies to ensure long-term partnership growthMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and reportingStay updated on digital marketing trends including social, display, programmatic, content, and community marketingQualifications1-3 years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, advertising, or related fieldsStrong understanding of digital media, social platforms, and branded content solutionsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsResults-oriented, self-driven, and resourcefulA "phone-first" and action-driven mindset — you move fast, follow up consistently, and never wait for opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to think creatively and propose integrated marketing solutionsTeam player with a positive attitude and high level of accountability
