Based in Dubai, our mission is to blend influence, strategy, and innovation to build the next generation of creator-led brands.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team and help scale the commercial side of Bottle Flip’s growing ecosystem. This is a contract-based role that requires full-time onsite work at our Dubai office to meet project demands.The Sales Executive will play a key role in building and managing relationships with brands, agencies, and partners. You’ll understand their goals, pitch solutions that utilize our creators' influence, and close deals that drive meaningful business value. You’ll work closely with talent managers, strategy teams, and leadership to translate creative opportunities into commercial outcomes.This role is ideal for someone who understands both the art of relationship-building and the science of sales - and who thrives in an environment where culture, influence, and business meet.What You'll DoIdentify, prospect, and develop new partnership opportunitiesManage a pipeline of qualified leads and move them through the sales cyclePitch creator-led campaigns, brand partnerships, events, and other commercial opportunitiesBuild strong, long-term relationships with brands and agenciesCollaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and pitch decksUnderstand market trends and maintain a strong pulse on the creator economyNegotiate agreements and ensure smooth handover to execution teamsTrack performance and provide regular sales insights and reportingQualificationsProven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing commercial rolesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work effectively within an in-office structure, prioritizing daily face-to-face collaboration.Experience in advertising, talent management, digital media, or influencer marketing is a major advantageComfortable managing multiple conversations, pipelines, and deadlines simultaneouslySelf-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in generating new opportunitiesAbility to work effectively within a hybrid structure - balancing remote autonomy with in-office collaborationHighly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
