Job Description: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Harare, Zimbabwe (with a national focus)About the Role:BW Media is looking for versatile Sales and Marketing Executives who can seamlessly combine both functions. In this role, you won't just be liaising with a marketing team—you'll be the key player driving both sales and marketing initiatives for our billboard and signage advertising services.Key Responsibilities:Combine sales and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities nationwide.Take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including developing marketing strategies that align with sales goals.Create and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to clients to secure advertising contracts.Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.Monitor market trends and adjust marketing approaches to maximize impact.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Previous experience in a similar sales and marketing role, particularly within the advertising or outdoor media sector, is highly advantageous.Strong sales acumen paired with marketing creativity.Proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets.How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their CV and cover letter to careers@bwmedia.co.zw by November 20th, 2025.
