About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in Information Technology to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and solution delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.Understand clients’ technical and business requirements to propose tailored IT solutions.Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely project delivery and support.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.3+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or similar roles.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, or digital services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
