Focused on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and AI-powered solutions, our client is committed to driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Spearhead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and other business solutions.Apply Solution Selling, Propositional Selling, and Value-Based Selling methodologies to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.Work closely with business leaders to gain deep insights into their needs and design tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.Develop high-quality, persuasive bids, proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs that effectively highlight the value of your solutions.Partner with project delivery teams to ensure smooth and successful project implementation and ensure client satisfaction.Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation to the final stages of contract negotiation and closure.Consistently exceed sales targets and drive business growth.What We're Looking For:Strong command of English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present clearly and persuasively.Proven track record in business solution sales, particularly in ERP, CRM, SCM, or similar platforms.Solid understanding of IT consulting services sales or sales in the service provider sector.Expertise in utilizing Solution Selling, Propositional Selling, and Value Selling techniques effectively.Strong writing and documentation skills, with experience preparing bids, proposals, and quotations.Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset focused on delivering client success and achieving business outcomes.A degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline is preferred, though not required.Experience within the IT service provider industry is a plus.
