Company DescriptionFJ Constructions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bali. We are a reliable, design-driven construction company specializing in high-quality villas, luxury residential, and commercial projects. If you thrive on building relationships and converting high-value leads in the Bali property market, this role is for you.Role DescriptionAs our Sales Executive, you will be the front face of FJ Constructions, driving client acquisition and managing the sales pipeline from inquiry to contract signing.Lead Management & Conversion: Actively pursue and manage incoming leads from digital marketing, partnerships, and referrals. Conduct the Initial Discussion with prospective clients to understand project goals, scope, and budget.Pitching & Proposal Presentation: Effectively present FJ Constructions’ Core Strengths (transparency, quality, and proven track record) using the company's pitch deck. Collaborate with the Estimator to present the Detailed Quotation (RAB + timeline) to close deals.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, architects, and real estate agencies to foster a consistent referral pipeline.Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and ensure the swift and smooth signing of the Contract & Agreement (SPK).Market Insight: Stay informed about trends in the Bali luxury construction and property market to position FJC effectively against competitors.What we’re looking for:We need a proactive individual who understands the nuances of the construction sales cycle.Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or high-end services in Bali or Indonesia.Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction terminology, project phases, and the importance of RAB/BOQ (Bill of Quantities) in client discussions.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory for client and local partner interaction).Personality: Highly personable, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable dealing with high-net-worth clients and B2B partners. QualificationsProficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development skillsStrong Communication, Presentation, and Customer Relationship Management abilitiesAbility to conduct Market Research and create Sales StrategiesOrganizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite or other relevant sales toolsProven work experience in sales or related rolesKnowledge of the construction industry or related fields preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant fieldMotivation to achieve and exceed sales targets in
