Sales Executive for Bachelor Study Program

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help expand the reach of our Bachelor Program. This role focuses on building strong relationships with potential students, partners, and corporate clients, while ensuring the achievement of sales targets and excellent service delivery.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and partners.Develop and grow engagement with associates or companies to support student recruitment.Create and execute effective sales plans, monitor progress, and analyze results.Work independently or collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.Prepare daily reports and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects.Willing to work on Saturdays until 1:00 PM.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail or corporate sectors.Strong integrity, high sense of responsibility, and professional attitude.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Good time management and teamwork abilities.Target-oriented and self-motivated.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Comfortable delivering presentations to individuals or groups.Professional and neat appearance.
