We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic and diverse team at Fulcrumbizops. As a Sales Executive with at least 4 years of proven sales experience, strong closing skills, expertise in CRM systems, and a passion for building client relationships, you will play a pivotal role in increasing company profitability and expanding market reach.Responsibilities:Leverage your expertise in CRM systems to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, social selling, email campaigns, and networking.Engage prospective clients with persuasive product/service presentations, tailored demos, and value-driven pitches.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions based on client needs and deliver exceptional customer experience.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while consistently upselling and cross-selling company services.Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform sales strategy.Prepare and present accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights.Maintain professionalism, uphold confidentiality, and represent Fulcrumbizops with integrity at all touchpoints.Qualifications:A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Officer, or similar role in a corporate or service-based environment.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close high-value deals.Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) for lead tracking, follow-ups, and sales pipeline management.Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.Strong understanding of sales funnels, B2B/B2C strategies, and client retention techniques.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.Highly organized, results-driven, and self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset.Ability to work across diverse time zones and manage multiple client interactions efficiently.Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a high-performing and growth-focused team.Chance to directly impact company revenue and career growth potential.Access to continuous training, resources, and professional development opportunities.Remuneration:Monthly compensation of ₦85,000 - ₦100,000 with performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities.To Apply: Email: jobs@fulcrumbizops.com Website: https://www.fulcrumbizops.com/job-applications/About the Company We are a fast-growing business operations company transforming how businesses scale, systemize, and connect with their customers.
