Selkirk applies first-principles thinking to design scalable, process-driven systems that create lasting operational advantage.With pickleball booming across the country and internationally, we’re expanding our reach and looking for a high-energy B2B Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager to help us serve clubs, retailers, and pros across the Malaysian market.What You'll DoAs a key inside sales team member, you’ll drive B2B sales growth by connecting by phone and in person with pickleball clubs, specialty stores, and coaching professionals. You’ll be responsible for nurturing and managing continued sales with retail partners as passionate about pickleball as we are.Your ResponsibilitiesManage existing accounts to generate new Pickleball paddles, balls, nets, shoes, and other gear salesManage, plan, and execute Demo Days with a portfolio of dealers, club accounts, and pro partnersPromote Selkirk’s product lines, programs, and promotions to decision-makersBuild trusted relationships with partners and ensure exceptional customer serviceMaintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline activityCollaborate with marketing to roll out campaigns and drive engagementDeliver compelling product presentations and proposals to potential partners Submit regular sales reports against KPIs (weekly, monthly, quarterly)What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)2+ years of B2B inside and or outside sales experienceStrong phone presence and ability to close sales over the phoneProficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia is requiredAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentGoal-oriented, resilient and driven by resultsSports/active lifestyle industry a plusPassion for pickleball or racquet sports—players and fans welcome!Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skillsMotivated, self-directed, and goal-orientedCRM proficiency preferredWHY JOIN US:Be part of a global sports brand with strong growth potential in Asia.Lead brand design for the #1 brand in pickleball—an industry on the rise.Work on high-impact projects seen by millions.Collaborate with a fast-moving, innovative brand design team.Enjoy a high-energy work environment where your ideas shape the future of the sport.
