Job Description

Overleap is a global technology company delivering AI-driven software, SaaS, IoT, and digital transformation solutions. We’re now looking for a dynamic Sales Executive in Cambodia to expand our market footprint in our products and solutions.Responsibilities:Drive sales of overleap's products - subscriptions to individuals, corporates, and organizations.Prospect, pitch, and acquire website/software development projects (corporates, SMEs, startups).Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the first point of contact.Create engaging social media content (posts, short videos, TikToks, reels) to promote products and web services.Understand client requirements, prepare proposals (with the support of our tech team), and close deals.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for both product and service lines.Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align campaigns and delivery.Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and exhibitions.Requirements:Strong passion for sales & marketing – confident in reaching out to businesses and decision-makers.Ability to create content (TikTok/Reels, posts, short-form videos) for social media.Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends.Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.Excellent communication skills in English & KhmerSales experience is a plusBenefits:Base salary + performance-based commission (uncapped earning potential).Mobile & travel allowance.Training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.Opportunity to grow with a global technology company expanding in Cambodia.
