SummaryThe sales supervisor will be based in Siem Reap and in charge of 4 provinces: Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Preah Vihear, and Uddar Meanchey Province.Role DescriptionBuild and retain excellent relationship with customersPrepare beat plan for his in-charge sales teams and monitor them by daily trade visitsCheck and follow up on sales activities to maintain a schedule of calls on customers.Direct sales team to achieve the sales target on monthly basis.Evaluate sales representative performance and give necessary training (such as product knowledge/selling skills...) to improve and develop their competence.Review market situation and identify problem to find proper solutionPrepare sales reports for the head of sales executive.Manage and monitor promotions (timing, allocation, stock delivery, execution)Monitoring sales activities vs. objectivesPlanning and organization skillsGreat understanding and application of customer serviceAssess the performance of sales teams, train and motivate them towards professionalism within a limited support framework form as a distributor. Able to make decisions related to routine work or each assignmentMake suggestions or recommendations to improve task outcomesDo periodical & required reports QualificationsA university graduate with a major in Business studies is preferred2-3 years of sales experience in FMCGA university graduate with a major in Business studies is preferredBe an entrepreneurial, leading, adaptable, and passionate person.Honest, good at planning, communication, and problem-solving skills Language Requirement: Good command of EnglishIntermediate proficiency in MS Office Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skillsGood organizational skillsAbility to think creatively and innovativelyExcellent communication skillsAbility to work with people across different function & cultures
