Key Responsibilities Sales Customer Service Promote and sell gold products (jewelry, bars, coins, etc.) to retail and wholesale customers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and corporate buyers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive selling and up-selling. Provide professional product advice, including weight, purity, craftsmanship, and pricing. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Product Knowledge Display Management Maintain in-depth knowledge of gold products, designs, purity levels, and current gold market trends. Ensure accurate display and attractive presentation of products in the showroom. Coordinate with inventory and merchandising teams for product availability and replenishment. Market Price Awareness Stay informed about global gold prices, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Provide customers with accurate pricing based on daily gold rates and company policies. Assist management in developing promotional offers and seasonal sales campaigns. Team Collaboration Leadership (Senior Role) Guide and mentor junior sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales performance. Support management in planning marketing initiatives and VIP customer programs. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, or industry events as required.
