Store Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Manager who aspire to build along-term career in retail management and operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive,detail-oriented, and eager to learn the nuances of retail, customer experience, and business management.This role offers structured exposure across various functions, including store/cafe/FnV operations, sales,customer service, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities● Assist the Reatil Staff in overseeing day-to-day store operations and achieving sales and profitabilitytargets.● Maintain high standards of store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM) to ensure anexceptional brand experience.● Deliver a premium, 5-star, and personalized experience to every customer, ensuring satisfaction andloyalty.● Manage inventory processes including stock receiving, replenishment, transfers, and daily SKUreconciliation.● Support café and retail operations while ensuring product quality, service excellence, and compliancewith company SOPs.● Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunitiesand implement corrective actions.● Coordinate effectively with central teams, factory, and head office for stock planning, order fulfillment,and operational support.● Handle end-of-day store closing procedures including cash management, reconciliation, and reporting.● Participate in brand promotions, local marketing initiatives, and customer engagement activities to drivefootfall and sales.● Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention, referrals, and repeat purchases.● Develop leadership, operational, and communication skills through structured training and on-groundmentorship.Other Requirements● MBA/PGDM/PGPM in Business, Retail, Hospitality, or related fields.● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.● Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.● Demonstrates a sense of responsibility, ownership, and discipline.● Open to flexible and rotational shifts, including weekends and festive seasons.● Passionate about retail, customer service, and sustainable products.Career Growth:Outstanding performers will be considered for progression into Assistant Store Manager or StoreManager roles upon successful completion of the training program.What We Offer● On-the-job learning in a fast-paced retail environment.● Exposure to Premium Grocery retail operations and sustainable retail practices.● Opportunity to work with a passionate and purpose-driven team.● PPO, Performance incentives and potential career growth opportunities.
