At Shituo, we are committed to connecting businesses between China and the Gulf, streamlining supply chains, and facilitating global trade.Role DescriptionWe are expanding our operations between China and the Gulf region and looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, managing leads, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from the first inquiry to shipment delivery.Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential clients in the cargo, logistics, and trading sectors.Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.Handle customer inquiries and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Negotiate rates, contracts, and services to close profitable deals.Follow up on shipments, feedback, and renewals to secure repeat business.Update and maintain CRM records for all client interactions and opportunities.Coordinate internally with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Report directly to the Sales Manager with weekly progress and performance updates.Contribute to team targets, support marketing initiatives, and identify market trends.Skills & Qualifications:Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or client relations, preferably in logistics, cargo, or freight forwarding.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent client relationship management and follow-up discipline.Calm under pressure, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with CRM systems and professional email communication.A self-driven personality with a passion for growth and teamwork.What We Offer:Competitive salary packageCommissionAdditional compensation benefitsA supportive and dynamic team environmentOpportunity to grow within a fast-expanding logistics company
