Together, we’re not just participating in the real estateindustry—we’re reshaping its future.Role OverviewYou’re the first conversion touchpoint for sellers — turning inbound leads and warm prospects into verbal commitments to join FazWaz’s Exclusive Seller Program.Once sellers are qualified and interested, you’ll hand over to the Onboarding and Administrative teams to finalize contracts and documentation, ensuring listings go live quickly and cleanly.Your mission: Turn qualified conversations into committed sellers—fast, friendly, and data-backed—so listings reach the market faster and more efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCall and qualify seller leads from campaigns, referrals, and FazWaz’s database; identify needs, motivation, timeline, and decision criteria.Present the Exclusive Seller Program value proposition (exposure, speed, professional support, data-driven pricing) and secure a verbal “yes.”Schedule consultation calls between sellers and Account Managers for final closing.Coordinate next steps with the Administrative/Onboarding Team to prepare contracts, complete KYC, and activate listings.Log every interaction in the CRM and keep the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.Collaborate with Account Managers on priority leads, pricing strategies, and objection handling.Share call insights to improve campaigns and reduce drop-offs.Follow up systematically (via calls, Line, or email) to ensure smooth conversion between commitment and onboarding.Qualifications & Skills2+ years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, appointment setting, or similar roles (real estate background is a plus).Confident Thai communicator; English proficiency is a strong advantage.Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and objection-handling skills.Comfortable asking for commitment and closing over the phone.Highly organized and persistent with strong follow-up discipline.Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools; data-driven and coachable.Success IndicatorsNumber of qualified sellers converted to the Exclusive Seller Program.Conversion rate from lead to verbal commitment.Onboarding completion rate post-handover.CRM accuracy and response time.Feedback from Account Managers and the Onboarding Team.
