In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with new and existing customers, implement effective work plans to achieve KPIs, and stay updated on market trends. With extensive knowledge of our products and platforms, you'll provide guidance, handle customer inquiries, and ensure seamless account management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and achieving team objectives.RequirementsFind new customers and maintain good customer service for old/assigned customersPrepare/propose monthly/weekly work plans, implement reasonable and effective plans to achieve KPIsHave a deep understanding of the market, customer needs and goalsHave extensive knowledge of the company's products to be able to guide/advise/support customersUpdate and learn about trading platforms, policies, customer support procedures related to customer accounts: account creation, deposits, withdrawalsHandle complaints (if any) and notify direct management for timely support/actionContinuously update market trends through financial news channels, maintain good relationships with customersCollaborate with colleagues in other departmentsAny other ad-hoc tasksBenefitsIntermediate level or higher majoring in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, MarketingProficient in using office computers, work-related softwareEnthusiastic, dynamic, independent, strategic thinkingGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to orient and plan work, withstand work pressureGoal-driven and work planning mindset, ability to work under pressureMinimum 1 year experience in financial industry
