Nasdaq is seeking a sales manager for IPO listings. This position is responsible for the execution of the sales strategy for IPOs and relationship management with a focus on the Swedish market.What You Will DoThe sales manager for IPO listing will take part in developing the market's strategic plan, forming relationships with private companies across sectors, creating offering packages and sales materials, and guiding and supporting companies throughout their listing journey. Manage all aspects of Nasdaq’s new listings and relationship management efforts in Sweden.Drive meetings and pitches to win new businessImplement regional strategies for the Swedish marketUnderstand prospective issuer's initiatives and needs and accurately articulate the Nasdaq value propositionCoordinate internal resources to engage with prospective issuersProduce and present pipeline reports for executive managementIdentify and drive business development initiatives.Manage the dialog and the relationships with our listed companies.Represent Nasdaq at events, in panels and conduct other public presentationsWhat We Are Looking ForA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent5-10 years of sales and business development experience within the financial sectorExperience of working with capital markets, investor relations, or the process of going publicExperience of selling to and establishing relationships with the C-SuitePrevious experience of public speaking Effective networking, communication, and presentation skillsStrong planning and research skills with great attention to detailStrong English skillsFluent in Swedish About Nasdaq European ListingsThe Nasdaq European Listings team is responsible for companies on their way to be listed on the exchange and the listed companies on our Nordic and Baltic Markets, both on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and the Main Market. This entails engaging with companies, investors, owners, and advisors to ensure we position our listings offering in the best possible way. Beyond the listing's activity, there is a consistent roadmap of business development to further develop and enhance our offering.The role is a team member of the Swedish Sales team. The team consists of IPO Sales managers, account managers, and sales support.
