💼 Department: Business DevelopmentReports to: CEOWork Type: Dubai / Remote GCC🔹 Role SummaryThis role owns the conversion of proposals into paying clients.Responsible for pitching Business Umbrella’s recruitment solutions to HR Directors, CFOs, and CEOs — closing retainers, renewals, and bulk hiring projects.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCall / message prospects from Apollo, LinkedIn, and CRM dailyPresent Business Umbrella’s recruitment services and pricingCustomize and send proposals (SendGrid / WhatsApp / LinkedIn)Follow up persistently until closure — no leads left idleMaintain CRM hygiene: track deals, stages, and follow-up logsCoordinate with recruiters post-closure for delivery alignmentUpsell repeat business or cross-sell business setup services🔹 KPIsMinimum 10 qualified proposals/dayMinimum 10 closures/month Follow-up delay ≤ 12 hours per leadConversion rate ≥ 25% from hot leadsWeekly client engagement report shared with CEO🔹 Ideal ProfileExcellent communicator & deal closerExperience in recruitment, HR, or B2B service salesResults-oriented; loves chasing targetsFluent in English; Arabic is a plus
