Job Responsibilities :Capturing arising market opportunities in designated regionAcquisitions of new customersManagement of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales supportIncrease revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIsDevelopment and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the companySupport marketing activities and market communicationsBuilding and demonstrating understanding of the market and industryFrequent business travel to visit existing and potential customersQualification Criteria :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantageGood understanding of the local PV marketA minimum of 3-5years successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (electronica applications, energy, etc.) Have existing relationships and/or connections with local PV industry players and relevant government bodies/authorities is a plusProven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomouslyStrong negotiation, communication and organization skillsStrong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skillsHigh reliability and ability to work under pressureEnthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamworkWillingness/ability to travel on a regular basisLanguage Requirement: English and Thai
