Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Lusaka. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and foster relationships with key clients. They will drive the achievement of sales targets, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to inform decision-making. Additionally, the Sales Manager will manage sales teams, provide mentorship, and ensure the alignment of sales goals with company objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management, developing strategies, and meeting sales targetsSkills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Business DevelopmentStrong abilities in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Data InterpretationTeam Leadership, Coaching, and Conflict Resolution skillsExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the healthcare industry is a plus
