This role involves managing and nurturing key client accounts to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that client needs are met with tailored solutions. The Specialist will also analyze market trends and customer data to optimize account management strategies.QualificationsEducation:• Grade 12 Certificate• Business/Marketing or equivalent professional Diploma• Degree is advantageousExperience:• 3 years’ experience in a sales environment, at least 1 Experience in Telecommunications.• Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise with a good understanding of emerging markets. • Demonstrated track record as a relationship builder.
