With physical presence in Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe our support services are strategically set to deliver positive Customer Experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Logistics Specialist at ASIA DIRECT - AFRICA in Lusaka, Zambia. The Sales Logistics Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, sales, customer service, customer enrollment & retention, brand awareness & development on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills.Sales expertise - Telemarketing & Field Sales.Proficiency in Logistics Management and Freight Forwarding is a bonus.Experience with International Trade and Shipping will be an Advantage.Understanding of customs procedures is a plus.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to excel with minimal supervision and within Team.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.Other requirementsDrivers License - RequiredMinimum 3 years Sales Experience in Corporate EnvironmentFluent in English (Preferable)
