The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing real estate sales operations, generating and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Additional tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating closely with other departments to align sales efforts with organizational goals.QualificationsProven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account ManagementStrong leadership, team management, and communication skillsProficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and ReportingKnowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales toolsExceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesExperience in the trade, service, or construction industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in English and Mongolian is strongly preferred
