This role blends sales coordination with executive and personal assistant duties, making it a great fit for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys helping operations run smoothly.Responsibilities include:* Managing and organizing emails, calendars, and scheduling for the Sales Manager.* Assisting with customer communication—calls, messages, or follow-ups as needed.* Supporting sales tasks such as proposal preparation, data entry, CRM updates, and report tracking.* Coordinating internal communication between team members and departments.* Handling light personal assistant duties (ordering supplies, booking travel, reminders, etc.).* Helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations and anticipating needs before they arise.Position Details:* Pay: $200/week* Schedule: Monday–Friday, hours vary (on-call and flexible depending on the Sales Manager’s schedule).* Status: Full-time.* Start Date: Immediate Hire.* Remote position.This role is ideal for someone who’s dependable, communicative, and can operate with speed and urgency with any, and all, tasks.
