Sales Manager (B2C and B2B)Responsibilities:Oversee and lead national sales operations for both B2B and B2C segments. Drive the development of new business opportunities and maximize business potential to meet or exceed established sales targets. Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and effective sales funnel management.Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects across relevant markets. Collaborate closely with Business Management to ensure seamless alignment between product management and sales strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective market execution. Lead, manage and motivate sales staff to achieve their individual sales targets. Plan sales strategies and activities to drive sales target.Plan and implement the overall Distribution Channel Strategy to ensure creation of new direction to generate more targeted revenue. Manage Distribution Channel Stock / Sell Out/Through at all times.Create awareness among System Integrators and Solution-based companies of Company products and to find a niche market for the Company. Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Electrical Engineering / Business AdministrationAt least 5 years performing sales supervisory role (manage people) in IT BusinessProactive, innovative & strategic thinkingSales and people oriented and persuasiveStrong team leaderDesire to succeed, result orientedAbility to work under pressureIntegrity and ethical
