Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Prievidza. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also prepare reports, analyze market trends, and represent BK Parket at events and exhibitions. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targetsProficiency in client relationship management and account managementKnowledge of market analysis and business development strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindsetExperience in team collaboration and leadershipOrganizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is beneficialFluency in Slovak and proficiency in German/English are required
